Walk 10,000 steps per day and eat whatever you want....
OK, LT has know idea who told her this falsehood, but it doesn't work! She's been clocking between 12,000 and 15,000 steps per day here in Italy and trust her, you can not eat whatever you WANT. This method must only work if you eat only what you NEED! It does not work with Gelato and Vino as part of the diet. When she was trying to adjust to the time change she was too tired for Gelato and Vino and yes it did feel like the "million" stairs a day were doing the trick, but then once she finally found the energy to "sample" the Italian gelato and vino, all H. E. Double Hockey Sticks broke out on her diet and her butt! Now she is really going to have to keep out of the camera spotlight or noone will recognize her anymore!

Well, I'll tell you what works is some serious weight training 30 minutes twice per week in addition to the 10,000 steps /day and only 1glass of vino per day and gelato only 1 time per week. You are beautiful so have fun you're on vacation.
LT unfortunately was informed correctly but CHOSE to hear "you can eat whatever you want!" You can eat as much fruits and veggies as you want while walking 10,000 steps a day. It's too bad gelato is not a fruit or vegetable. No worries LT, when you get back, Dubba D will get you back on track! Those Convention Center stairs are still there!
PS. Did you find a cute Italiano and say "Hello" ????
