Day 5: Kualoa

Shugga had a great night sleep and woke up this morning with lots of energy. She must have been bitten by the adventurous bug because she was itching to go exploring. She threw on her bikini, packed a towel and some snacks and headed out. Her destination Kualoa Beach. With her trusty Hawaii map in hand she drove and drove and drove. She wasn't sure if she was going in the right direction, but the surrounding scenery was so beautiful she didn't care where she ended up. Just when she thought surely she had made a wrong turn she came upon the parking lot for the Kualoa Regional Park. And what a find this beach was. Cradled by the Koolau Mountians, calm blue waters sparkling in the sunlight and all to herself. There was a hammock that was just perfect for relaxing. Shugga loves watching the clouds drift by.
Shugga found some canoes. She searched for some oars so she could paddle around the bay, but there was none to be found. To bad Shugga, that would have been fun.
There was even a tire swing.
What a treasure you found today Shugga. Can't wait to see what you stumble upon tomorrow.
