Lisalicious Christmas Wishes!
On a more serious note...what a year it has been! We have proven ourselves a force to be reckoned with! We had a record-breaking fundraiser of a gala (with another on the way), took our first annual trip to Palm Desert, cried some tears, laughed MANY laughs (usually at me, I know...), created dolls in our own likenesses (we are a bit wacky, no?!) and wonderful artwork (Deb's took the CAKE, of course). We provided each other with a support system like I have never known, all while taking care of our families! We fed the homeless, walked for those with breast cancer, donated our time and money to many charities, and spread love and kindness. We shared the joy of each others company often, but never often enough. We ROCK, and will continue to do so in 2009! Here's to you, my GGs...May the new year bless you all with health and happiness. I will treasure your friendship always!

Happy Holidays, GGs!
Well, it's that time of year again...always seems to sneak up on us, doesn't it?
We all got into the holiday spirit recently as we cooked up an Italian themed dinner and served it to the homeless women downtown at Rachel's House. It made us all feel good, and the women were very appreciative.
We then got even more festive over at Dazzle's digs...she served up some wicked good soup that I am really going to try to make one day (I swear!--I bought the Rice-a-roni already!). There were lots of yummy desserts, too!
Dazzle is one of the more creative of the GGs, and let me tell you, we have a VERY creative group!!! She kindly presented her cardstock, gluesticks, scissors, twine, glitter, buttons, and markers, and we all got to make gift card holders and gift tags! I had so much fun! The tags were just so cute...I think people would buy them! We should DEFINITELY make up a batch to auction at the Gala!
Above is just a "little something" that Shugga "whipped out in two seconds flat". Cindy added her lovely handwriting, and BAM! A Christmas greeting just like that! Sickening.
There was also an ornament exchange, where more than "ornaments" were exchanged !
The competition was fierce for a Christmas doll that Shugga spent FOUR HOURS crafting by hand! It was truly an exquisite creation!
Lisa-licious ended up with Flippa's "Joy"...and no batteries were involved! Imagine that!
Dazzle got the "cupcake" ornament that she wanted, and C2 got "cross" when she thought she might not go home with her fave ornament, but was triumphant in the end.
A great time was had by all, and we thank you, Dazzle, for welcoming us into your lovely home!
Have a joyous Christmas and may the New Year bring health and happiness to you all! Love you!

New Frock
Hey girlz, check out Shugga's new designer frock. Well, it is actually her friend's, but Shugga just had to slip it on and give it a twirl. Nice, very nice. Figure flattering too.
Aw Shugga, you're always your best.

"Dazzle" is officially an EXHIBITIONIST!!!
...And we are SO PROUD! Tonight, several GG's were witness to what can only be described as a remarkable exhibit of some of the finest artwork on earth! Our very own GG "Dazzle" dazzled the elegant, eclectic crowd with her amazing artistic talent. It is rumored that 9 of the 12 pieces on display sold within minutes of the opening, and I, Lisa-licious, forked over 10 thousand dollars...uh, I mean "cents"...for a print of the piece entitled "Joy". I just love that dishwashing soap! It "softens my hands while I do the dishes! " Oh, who are we kidding...Lisa-licious does NOT do dishes!!!
Missy E poses by her fave piece...lookin' for love, Missy E?
IT'S RIGHT BEHIND YOU!!!!!
And what a charmer Francesco was...he is so "well-behaved in public". It's an inside joke. Missy E, are you giggling yet?!
Shugga popped in with her hubby...they were having "date night" tonight to make up for the one ruined by last weeks sojourn to the country western bar. Sorry, Shugga...glad you could make it!
LT had to leave just as Missy E and Lisa-licious arrived, claiming that she had to "sell popcorn at 7 A.M. the next morning". Now, I ask you, have you ever heard such a crazy excuse in your life? I mean, seriously! At least make up something plausible! You don't even look like a boy scout, LT! Do you think I am stupid just because my head is smaller than yours?
"JOURNEY??!!...I LOVE THAT BAND! I used to date them!
Of course, Cizzle was in attendance, and as you can see from the photos, a great time was had by all!
.
Hey, aren't these Dazzle's "stalkers" from karaoke night?
Missy E: Hey, Lisa-licious, let's take home these great bookmarks that feature Dazzle's artwork! They're free!
Lisa-licious: Great, but where on earth am I going to find a book this BIG?
Missy E: I am scared. Really.
Thanks for inviting us...you are an amazing artist, woman, and friend!

Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy!
OK, so whose idea was it to go to a stupid country western bar for line dancing lessons? Oh, that's right. It was mine. Figures. The last time I had a good idea, I ended up with thirteen moms in my garage trying to learn how to "pole dance"! Oh, well. Here are the photos...memories of a "Girls Night Out Gone Awry"...until I left, that is...then the GG's with the "FUN FACTOR" cruised over to Universal for some intense clubbing! I miss everything.
I had these threads custom-made for the occasion!

Just another day in NYC!
The girlz stopped by the Rockefeller Center to see if there were any ice skaters around although the weather was not nearly cold enough.
New York City is so exciting Cizzle and Dazzle exclaimed on their way up the escalator to scope out the entire city! Hold on tight girlz, those steps have some wicked edges to them!
Now it's time to hop on the subway at Union Square. Watch out for those angry crowds at rush hour, those subway cars can get packed!
Ooooo, look! Over near the Metropolitan Museum of Art, there was a pint sized sculpture of a very ultra cool modern home. Just right for Cizzle and Dazzle. They checked it out to see if it would be right for all their peeps too! Yup, it sure would be. Come on GG's, let's party!
How's Central Park lookin' girlz! Just fine. Just fine. Fo' shizzle!
